Are the products on the website the only products the sale will have?

No! We have a huge variety of stock that we don’t have showcased on the website.

Think every room in your house and we will have something perfect to suit

What we showcase on our website and facebook event pages is just a select range.

To see the full range of products available – you will have to come along to the event!

How does the sale work?

The process on the day will be quite simple!

  1. Come to 9-19 Leakes Road Laverton North between 9.30am – 2pm on the Saturday or the Sunday and park in the many parking bays available on the premises.
  2. Follow the signs to the entrance of our wholesale factory
  3. Browse the stock available – each item will be individually marked with dimensions, Normal Pricing, the sale price and how many of the item we have in stock. Over the course of the weekend we will mark down how many we have left of that item. [Please note alot of the stock is one off so get in early!]
  4. When you find something you like – speak to one of our sales staff who you will see wearing a fluro vest. They will write you up an invoice for the product and prepare your stock for you to take
  5. Take your invoice to the payment counter and make payment. If you wish to have delivery or a movers service simply mention it to the payment staff who can help coordinate your delivery options.
  6. Make payment for your HUGE saving furniture goods! If you are going to take it home with you then and there, there will be a dedicated collection point for your goods where you can load it into your car and simply drive away!

When are you Open?

At Furniture Wholesale Clearance Centre we are open to the public exclusively on select weekends of the year.  To be notified of our next event simply sign up your details on our registration page and follow our facebook page. We regularly post updates about events, VIP nights and exclusive offers there

Do you offer Delivery?

At Furniture Wholesale Clearance Centre we have close affiliations with freight and logistics organisations that enable us to offer a fast, safe and efficient delivery service for stock purchased on our sale weekends. To discuss delivery to your home contact us through our contact form, alternatively discuss with our event staff on the day.

What payment types do you take?

At the Furniture Wholesale Clearance Centre we accept Cash, Credit Card (Mastercard + Visa) and Eftpos payment methods. We do not offer lay by of finance options. Payment for Delivery can be made on the day when you purchase your products.

Can I purchase any of the stock outside of an event or before your next event?

Unfortunately No. As we are not a retail store, we do not have the capability of payments before our events. All stock is only available to purchase on the day of the event. We aren’t able to hold stock on the day, so get in early to avoid disspointment.

Where are you located?

You can find us at  9-19 Leakes Rd Laverton North Melbourne, Victoria, Australia [ Opposite the markets!]

On Event Weekends we will have plenty of signage up on Leakes Road – you wont be able to miss us!

How can I get my furniture home?

We offer a delivery service when you purchase your goods! For a small fee we will deliver the stock right to you door!

Alternatively we have partnership with movers around Melbourne which will be available on the day for you to utilise. This means you could buy your new furniture and have it home the same day!

Is your stock new or secondhand?

All our stock is brand new! We sell end of line, excess stock and deleted lines from some of Australia’s largest wholesalers at a fraction of the price!

We will have some ex display and floor stock available for purchase at heavily reduced pricing on the day as well – you will see this marked clearly. Or ask one of the friendly staff to point you in the right direction!

Can I put an item on hold or buy over the phone?

Unfortunately No. We are unable to place any items on hold or take any over the phone sales on the day. You must physically be present to purchase the product.

To avoid disappointment we suggest you get in early as stock levels are limited and some of the stock we are display is one off!

Do your products come with a warranty?

Unless otherwise stated all items purchased from Furniture Wholesale Clearance Centre come with a standard 12-month consumer warranty.

Can I return my items?

We will gladly Refund or Exchange an item if:

  • The item is faulty and you were not aware of the fault at the time of purchase
  • The item is not the same as the description or as shown or advertised
  • The item does not perform as per the manufacturers intention

You may not be entitled to a Refund or Exchange if:

  • You have changed your mind and no longer require the item
  • You decide you cannot afford the item
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere
  •  The style, colour, or size is not suitable
  •  You were made aware of a fault in the item prior to purchase
  • You were responsible for the fault

All refund requests MUST be accompanied with an original receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please feel free to discuss our policy with our Manager prior to purchase.

Note that measurements quoted on our website and affiliated sites and social media channels are subject to slight variances, when purchasing items measure all items to ensure they fit your space.

Will you take cheaper offers on the day?

All our floor stock over the sale weekend MUST GO. That means if you make us a reasonable offer for the furniture – we may be able to give you a greater discount. For instance if you buy multiple items you may be given a further discount on the products

We are going to be offering packaged deals on the day so to discuss pricing on items you like – seek out one of our friendly staff to discuss the best deal for you.

Why aren't you displaying all your stock on the website?

We are going to have hundreds of different product styles, sizes and furniture options available on the day.

As this is a one off weekend sale , and a lot of our products are one off samples or individually available designs – it isn’t feasible for us to list all stock.

We will be showcasing select styles that will be available and the HUGE savings you will be receiving – but if you want to see all the stock you can get up to 80% off – you will have to come along!

Will you assemble my furniture?

Our service is purely delivery only. If you require assistance with assembly please discuss with one of our friendly staff on the day
